Live Now

Core workflow is available in production.

Production playout path

Done

Browser output supports Vimeo, HLS, MP4, images, slides, audio-backed blocks, fallback, audio unlock and reload resume.

End-to-end operator workflow

Done

Prepare, Program and Operate hubs guide content intake, daily rundown, health checks, output control and clean shutdown.

Production guardrails

Done

Admin Health, schedule health, output monitor, audit, CSRF, rate limiting, output token protection and Supabase readiness are in place.

Schedule creation feedback

Done

Newly-created blocks are highlighted, announced and shown with readable start/end ranges so operators can immediately see what changed.

Loop Builder and fallback carousel

Done

Operators can create scheduled slide loops, update the visual fallback carousel, or do both from one explicit flow.

OBS/vMix capture validation

Done

Browser output has been confirmed through the web player, vMix and OBS with the current capture flow.

Migration kit

Done

The downloadable production bundle includes environment values and a Supabase bootstrap SQL for a fresh backend.

Public upload playback

Done

Uploaded ads/promos stored in local Supabase now play through the public app media proxy instead of 127.0.0.1 storage URLs.

Media URL backfill

Done

Older uploaded assets that pointed at 127.0.0.1 were rewritten to public app media proxy URLs.

Persisted smoke status

Done

Deploy and read-only smoke scripts now write the latest smoke result for `/api/health`.

OpenNext/Cloudflare deploy path

Done

Cloudflare Workers config and deploy scripts are present with dashboard vars preserved; smoke it before making it primary.

Guest lineup plates

Done

Operators can create guests with URL or uploaded photo/video media, then build individualized Guest Lineup plates with selected guests.

Real-data plate inputs

Done

Metals use Roxom API data with fallback, weather uses Open-Meteo without a key, calendar/event plates use Supabase events, and debt no longer depends on a missing background.

Previously Recorded bug

Done

Normal video programs can show a four-corner PREVIOUSLY RECORDED bug; ads, promos, slides, images, fallback, Reuters and manual overrides stay clean.

Next

Small list that matters before broader handoff.

On-air plate redesign

Next

Remodel the visual language of cards, plates and output surfaces so the channel feels broadcast-ready.

Output alerts

Next

Turn drift, stalled, waiting, silence and media error states into clear operator alerts.

Named operator rollout

Next

Use named handles for normal work and keep bootstrap login only for emergency access.

Later

Useful capabilities after the live workflow is stable.

Schedule tools

Later

Copy day, recurring blocks, weekday templates and blackout dates.

Library polish

Later

Asset preview modal, tags, editorial categories and faster review.

Design system sweep

Later

Bring admin, manual and output surfaces into a tighter shared visual system.

Broadcast upgrades

Later

Captions, recording, failover, multiple bitrates and direct OBS/vMix automation.

Watchouts

Browser audio needs one operator click after load or reload.
Reuters URLs can expire and must be refreshed before or during air.
The current output is operational; final plate design still needs a broadcast-quality remodel.
Cloudflare Workers/OpenNext should be smoke-tested before becoming the primary production path.
Fallback assets must stay ready for unattended operation.

Definition of Workable

A non-technical operator can use Prepare to create content, Program to build the day, Operate to launch browser output, recover from reload, confirm audio/video in OBS or vMix, and stop cleanly with an audit trail.
